What can you expect from working with me?

My style is a combination of life and health coaching, as I believe when you are changing your diet it affects many other areas of your life. Making adjustments to any routine requires the mindset and ability to deal with situations that come up on a daily basis. Most of the time, it’s our thoughts that prevent us from achieving the transformation we want. Knowing what to eat, how much, when, etc. becomes smaller details that you will learn very early on.
I only work with seriously committed people – meaning, don’t sign up thinking I’ll do all the work for you. I will certainly be here as unwavering support, a resource and your accountability partner but I also expect you to show up fully and be able to take direction as suggested. If you do, I promise you a life changing transformation!
